P0305 Check Engine

Car lost power and started flashing check engine. I stopped it and let it sit a few minutes and then was back to normal but with a check engine light on now. Spark plugs were replaced less then a year ago.

So which spark plug is exactly cylinder 5?

I think it's driver's side rear, if I remember correct. Driver's side 1-3-5 passenger side 2-4-6.
