Battery terminal extender?

Hey all

I have a lot of audio equipment in the trunk, as well as a nice sized sub

As we all know, the battery is under all of that.

the other day I had to jump the car, and i had to remove almost all the stuff in the trunk to get to the battery.

Is there a way to safely "extend" the two terminals out of the battery compartment to the trunk "level" (where all the audio eq I have) so that if I ever do have to jump the car or otherwise get to the terminals I can just connect the alligator clips to these instead of again removing tings to get to the terminals in the battery?

You can jump start from under the hood. There is the POS post and a ground stud above the drivers headlight but back towards the fender.
