Can easily be done. All these Subies and Civic riding around with “shotgun” and “popcorn” tunes

If you can do it to an asian car you can do it to a 6.2L.....

21 M6 ZL1and the decel pops are a little much for me honestly. Down the road when the car gets tuned I’ll have the tuner turn that crap off.

I would have rather the dual mode exhaust provide an extra 5-10 hp than just make things snappier or louder. I have it because it was on a stock unit that had everything else I wanted, but honestly I wouldn't order one and pay for it if I was custom ordering the car.

$900 for upgraded exhaust should buy me at least a modicum of a performance upgrade, not just sound.

People spend much more for wheels or other cosmetic things that offer -zero- benefit aside from visual. The exhaust adds a better exhaust note, as well as a better visual. So even if no performance benefit, I think the $900 for the quad-tips and improved sound is well worth it for many.

I love my Decel pops in my 21 M6 ZL1. It's like crack to me. LoL An especially since I put a Borla S-Type axleback on mines it's even more pronounced. He He

Some reviewers have complained that the SS is perhaps not as raw as some would like, maybe this was their attempt to remedy that on the cheap.

Same here with my S type. But nothing like my 2013 C6 with no cats and headers, That thing would really pop away on decel. I went out of my way to make it pop next to rice cars and Stangs.

The dual mode came on our vert. I like the way it sounds. I like the way it changes with the mode settings.
But I saw it mentioned that it lasts the life of the car.... I sure as hell hope so... That thing looks like its going to be $1,000 to replace.
I also dont like that it blocks my view to trying to jack the car on something hearty around the diff. I cant see anything but muffler. It would be nice to jack on the diff and put jack stands on the pinch welds.
I imagine I still can but I havnt dedicated any time to figuring it out. But when I looked it seemed like the muffler takes up all the room back there.

You wish it were only a grand... MSRP is ~$2500 on the manual and ~$3000 on the auto exhaust assembly, even if you could get it a bit cheaper, it'd cost a pretty penny.

Had some weird things going on when I made that post with formatting... Must have screwed it up. It looks no different to me than any other post (thought I got it fixed, but I guess not...). Sorry about that.

That's doesn't sound right. On my 2017 A8 it listed at $895. On the 2021 A10 is't listed at $995. Were you saying what the parts cost would be? Need to buy one off of someone who took it off to add something else.
