Thinware f750 dual front and back. A little more expensive. HD quality night time quality is amazing. Hardwired. Motion detection set for 12 hrs. So many times I've found people taking pictures with my car. Pisses me off when they lean against it.

Is it really 2 x 2 x 1.5 inches?

It should fit behind the rearview mirror and not even be seen. May have to look into it more.

I have a hardwired:
phone charger (to an old android phone used for running the YaV1 software for my valentine1 radar detector)
Valentine1 Radar Detector
Blacksys CH-100B Dash Cam

Thanks!

I've been looking at the dash cams and reading the specs and descriptions.

Now I have a dumb question. Some of the cams say they can be set for 1min/2min/5min loops or they don't say. Can any of these be set to run longer than 5 minutes?

For the 1/2 dozen or less times I would use it a year would I be better off just using the video mode on my smart phone? I already have a window mount.

It really is that tiny. I just went outside at work and took these pictures for you, to see how I have mine mounted.

I have it not EXACTLY behind the rear-view, so that I can push buttons easier, or grab it when I want to remove it from the mount to bring it inside on super cold night or really hot days.
