Another option is to watch the forum for other members selling their LT.

I picked up a set of Kooks headers with HFC for a steal, sent them in to get coated and I'm still out cheaper than buying them new, even from our great vendors on here with the awesome discounts they offer.

Just make sure to get lots of pictures so you know exactly what you are getting.

Im not jacking your thread OP but like you im looking at doing lomgtube headers.
My question for those with stainless power long tubes do they turn a dark colour. I know heat changes the look of stainless but some headers ive seen are almost black. My Jba shoties that 3 years old still look new.

I have a set of SLP headers and full exhaust 3' with loud mouth 2 mufflers and resonators that I would sell for 1250. I am in NH and would be willing to drive and meet you 1/2 way also.

I got speed engineering headers as well! For the price, they look great, and sound good too.

I bought my o2 extensions and some better clamps elsewhere. Total was about $330 for everything. Super happy with them so far!!

I did the Speed engineering headers as well. The welds and fitment was very impressive and they have not turned black. Merge spike looked centered as well.

+4 on the Speed Engineering. Really cant go wrong with them if you're looking for a catless approach to headers. If you want cats I would recommend TSP as the next best go-to.

My stainless power are a beautiful champagne color on my second engine with about 20k on them, most stainless headers if good quality will turn a champagne color with some slight blue down the tubes further from heat ranges, that also happens to chromed also...LOL Old school......

Yes, mine turned the pretty purple and gold color as well after some use. Looked quite nice really.
