Thanks Gary for doing all the planning-The 20th is better for us but still trying to find out about an event at Church. Our choir is putting on a charity benefit and not positive on the time yet. Yes, it is in Newark, cross the street and you are in Fremont. The 20th seems to work for most.

Hey gang. I need a head count to give to BJ's. We need at least 20ppl to get the $20.00 per person total. I need this asap so please lets reply to the poll and let me know how many people you have coming with you. Also, for the White Elephant gift exchange. If you don't want to participate then simply don't bring a gift. All are welcome gift or not. Thanks guys and gals. Also, I will be taking orders for shirts we need to buy at least 75 shirts to get the discounted rate.

hey gary ae they only coming in adult or will kids sizes or women be available? if all sizes i probably get 7 or so

The shirts are white with the logo on the back. They are available in all sizes.
