I will be there as well, any chance to get out on the highway i'm there, plus it will be good to meet other "Camaroers" and see the different rides. Hey Sketti I live in Woodland, but I will be passing through Sacramento I believe for the event.

I made the 49 trip up to 16. I added placemark where I took these pictures. The best sections of the road are between Sonora and Angles Camp and a short stretch between Mokelumne Hill and Jackson. I am going to try and make the Oakhurst run sometime this weekend.

Highway 49 is a very nice ride. There a a lot of dips, rises, and twisties. The scenery is awesome. I imagine there are a lot of places that would be good for a photoshoot. This one is on the main road. I really enjoy driving this road. Our cars handle this stuff very nicely. It is also nice to just kick back, do the speed limit, and enjoy the view.

Ok, guys and gals right now we are at 14 Camaros. I need to know how many per car so I can make reservations at BJ's? Also, do you all want to do the special menu buffet again at $20.00 per person. Which includes salad, pasta, pizza, non alcoholic drinks, tax and tip? Let me know. Thanks, Gary
