Finally did it...
So, after going back and forth between a Z06 and a ZL1, I made my decision..
 A summit white ZL1 with the a10, PDR and Nav... I guess there are many reasons why I chose the ZL1 over the Z06, but chief among them is the fact that I, my wife and my 10yr old son and 6yr old daughter can ALL enjoy it together. Sure it is a little tight, but we drove all over the place this evening and the kids were just giggling the whole time. So I bought it on Tuesday, picked it up on Wednesday, and immediately took it to have the front wrapped and 30% ceramic tint applied. So we did not tell the kids until we picked it up tonight, and they were soooo excited! They think it is just too cool. So far I have ordered the blacked out GM tail lights and blackout side marker kit from Phastek which should be here tomorrow. Other than that I may do an intake....and then headers, x-pipe, heads, cam and tune... Maybe meth kit and e85 flex...  Anyways, my wife and I are super excited, especially since we met on a driving trip when I had my evo!! The white GS is my father's, he too is pretty pleased as it means some.good driving trips in the near future! |

Congrats on the ZL1 and nice looking family. I am sure the kids are excited to have a 650 HP Muscle Car to brag about to the other kids. Let us know if you get a ticket on the George Bush, 635, or the Toll Way. Highway 114 from Texas Motor Speedway to Dallas is a patrolman's paradise. Be careful and have loads of fun.
