;$290,000 is way too low for this car. The guy that bought this one got a steal of a deal. I don't see the 2010 Camaro going for more than $200,000. I love the 2010, but if I had a choice between the 1969 ZL-1 COPO and 2010 first production car, I am going with the '69.

I've heard lots of rumblings about the ZL1 that sold. According to lots of people (and the original owner who is apparently very vocal on the issue), the car is a rebody. I know Jackson was there to bid the car up, but I am not sure he is the current owner; he once owned that car. When the ZL1 came up and the bidding started, the camera panned over to Ron Pratte and he reading during parts of the bidding. If Ron's gonna pass on a car like that, then I would believe he has good reason to do so.

Yeah if you look at the description of the car it says its a 1993 car, but it has 98-02 sheetmetal on it. So yes I would have to agree that the car has been rebodied. And it has a scrap title if I recall.

I've been fortunate to see two ZL1's in person. Rare cars! And AWESOME!
