Clash of the Titans...what did you think of the movie?

I thought it was pretty good, the storyline changed a lot but over all I thought it was awesome. What are your thoughts on this movie?

Meh, it was ok. There were a few points in some of the action scenes that kinda lost me. Like when they were fighting the scorpion that popped out of the sand, it took me a bit to realize there was more than one of them. Also, I saw it in 3D and the 3D in this one didn't impress nearly as much as Avatar. But still entertaining in the end.

Wasn't too bad....I didn't have any problems with the 3D....I think that I understood the story a bit more cause I like Greek mythology...so I don't think that its a movie I will end up buying....but overall...not too bad...but not great by anymeans...

Avatar was concieved and shot in 3D.
Titans was shot in 2D and then converted to 3D very quickly to take advantage of the Avatar hype. Normally it would take 8 months to do a quality conversion. Titans was done in less than 10 weeks to make it's debut date.
Other than Avatar and some animated movies all others current releases including Alice in Wonderland are doing conversion and not getting the quality that was shown in Avatar.

yeah, the 3D did not impress me at all...How to Train Your Dragon was awesome in 3D. Overall they did a good job on the movie, maybe I was just expecting too much from this film.

It was pretty good. The story line could have been a bit more "serious". Like the two "hunter" guys who seemed to be added for comedy relief - could have been left out completely IMO.

I did like the plot / story changes - they made a lot more sense.

I didn't care for the "wood faced mage" like people - they were just really stupid looking IMO.

The rest was good - and I did not see the 3D version.

That's exactly the problem.

I ended up seeing it in 3D anyway and I regret the waste of extra money. Only the into and the credits were actually in 3D, the rest just ended up looking blurry with some sleight depth.

Otherwise I though it was a good fun movie, and I liked the changes to the story, it definitely made more sense than the original.

I enjoyed it. For it's time it had some decent special effects. Haven't seen it in about 25 years though.

Wait..............wut.............

I really hate to see it, but I gave it a solid 5 out of 10

I kind of expected more, but for what it was, it was okay

I gave the original a 7 out of 10
