Crash, let us know how much you end up gaining with full E85. I'm curious.

Ive only been on the dyno once after the cam install months ago...

My motivation for going e85 was so i didnt have to pay 9-10$ gallon for 100oct. at the tracks... using 2 tanks of fuel a day. 6-20min sessions

The extra rwhp and cooling from the e85 is a bonus.

With that being said, i still have 1/4 tank of 91 in the car before i can start getting logs on E85.

I may go back to a dyno but i doubt it... last time i went guy seemed more annoyed at me being there ...

I would need a hour or so of dyno time, make some pulls, empty the tank, fill withE85, And redyno for good comparison

DSX Tuning's (Dave) aux fuel system, flex fuel kit, and tuning have been a great experience.

I do have my own HP Tuners Pro, with Wideband logging Lambda.

New HP Tuners beta allows you to write to the FPCM (1 extra credit)... like Dave mentioned before im now running 500kpa instead of my 400kpa fuel pressure previously.

When i get back from Utah next week, im probably going to order up a new rear set of MMR228s and put drag radials on it, see how she 1/4mi

Unfortunately my AP Racing brakes are too big to put Weld 18s on the rear. Almost makes
Me want to switch back to my stock zl1 brakes and put Weld 17s all around

Finally ran the tank down to gal or so... poured in 15gal of e85 from the pump, after about 5min of idling the ethanol % started to climb, stabilized around 74% from 9% ... now time to log and send the data off to Dave !

Btw E85 smells a lot like Makers Mark

I love the smell of ethanol exhaust. Haha. There's a vodka distillery down the road from me that essentially makes pure ethanol... I wanted some for "testing".

Any chance someone could upload the installation instructions for the aux pump? I am interested in seeing them. I like to know what I am getting into before jumping into it lol.

anyone experience CEL while using this rail pump auxiliary fuel system? Also is anyone experiencing a drop in over all fuel pressure at WOT ?

I'm at 720hp on pump fuel, and approx 780hp on 50% e85... i am HPtuners data logging or see a drop of fuel pressure into 30 to 35 psi at WOT on E85
