2000 camaro grill

I just recieved a new GM grill to replace the one that I have on my 2000 camaro SS. I was just wondering if anyone could post up a quick "how to" and tell me what I need to do to switch them out. I hear that its easy but cant find any instructions on how to do that

Well Panda....I am planning on putting on a Billet grille for my 02 Z-28 and I talked to some people about how to take my factory one out and bottom line what they told me is to rip the thing out....literally and drill some new holes in the plastic and put the new one on with all the screws and all and they said it should work. If there is an easier way of doing it without ripping your old one out it would be a first for me but that is what I hear and plan on doing once my billet arrives in the mail.

thats what I was afraid of, I live in illinois and they require license plates on both the front and back of the car. But, I think it looks more badass with this grill on. I was going to try and take it off then if it became a problem with the law possibly switch it back. Im still looking on the web for someone to have a step by step post ill let you know if I find anything

Same here in Texas....they want it on the front and back. My buddy actually took his license plate in the front and bent it just enough to place on that lip just under the car...crazy but it worked. Just a thought....

I'm in texas too... I just used some self tapping screws and screwed them into the original grille. I am planning on doing the billet grill as soon as I find one I really like.
