Never thought I would want to change the sound of my LT's, cats and stock catback......but after 11 years, I kinda like the sound of the Borla touring axle back.
I'm an old fart whos loud days are over. Problem is, most of you out there like the loud and I'm having a hard time finding a sound clip of the Borla touring exhaust with headers and hiflo cats.
Can anybody help me out?

Viewed most of those already. Most are just a cat back and the others are the Atak system.

I did....and sadly, the only touring exhaust with headers is old and will no longer play.

Well crap man.... The only thing I can tell ya about it is, it's kinda quiet, but not overly. One of the guys in our club had it on his camaro with LT's and HF cats only because it is a vert, and he didn't want it to be loud with the top down. Didn't sound to bad though.

Thanks. I know not too many go for the quiet mufflers. I'm most likely going to do it anyhow...its only an axle back. If I don't like it, I can have the stock cans welded back on. Was just hoping someone might have a clip before I spent the money. Trying to finish eveything up at once....exhaust, 3.91's, and remaining BMR bushings so I can actually enjoy the car the whole summer for once.

You're welcome sir!! Yea get it all done and enjoy that baby!!! One of the axle backs I had on mine was the 2.5 Dynomax Ultra Flo welded system, it sounded good, not to quiet but not too loud, nice and deep tone and very little drone. I took it off when I went to the quad cat back setup. Plus the price of it was nice too. I have been thru 7 different setups on my Camaro and ended up with this Corsa Sport I have now. Good luck with everything.

Same here Orange. I am a big fan of the Borla Touring. I get tempted ever so often to go louder but always pass.

Just went ahead and purchased the Borla Touring axle back today.
Got a great deal from RDP.
Can't wait to gather all my parts and get her to the shop.
Gonna finish my suspension by adding more BMR stuff (outer rear trailing arm bush, inner upper rear control arm bush and steering rack mount bush).....and 3.91 gear set. Then top it off with a tune refresh.
That should satisfy me for a year or two..............well, uuhh, month or two.....uuhh, well, maybe a week or two...............
