Looks like I hit the right area for the meth, no knock retard now. Will keep this setup till I hit the track on Friday and see how it does.

If you are curious, this is what I look at with Torque. I have the log interval set to 0.2 seconds, so 5 times per second I'm polling the ECU. This was from this morning from a roll all the way till 2nd gear shifted into 3rd (I don't want to go too fast). About 7 seconds worth of data.

I've used Torque to create logs like this before...its pretty cool.

20010, stage 2 boost reference. Stage 3 would have been better but I was on a budget.

Started testing full 1-2-3 gears like I was at the drag strip and I'm getting combustion quench in 3rd gear because of too much methanol. You could almost do this without meth injection if you have good gas. My first 2 gears are good, when 3rd kicks in after the others the AFR is 10:1 which is killing power.

Could you upgrade to the digital controller? Think it would help?

Would help, especially the Stage 3 MAX MPG one, it would allow me to spray a small amount from 2 - 5 psi, then at 6 open up a solenoid to spray the main meth. It is expensive though, almost $500. Saving up for a 1LE differential so I'm going to try to make my current controller work.

The car gains a lot of torque right at 4800, I should take a video of how much it throws me around in my seat, the car squats hard even with my lowering springs. It is just building up to that point that is hurting, not much but still there.

Have you look at the AEM meth controller it allow you to spray a small amount and then open fully. I know my setup is different but mine start to spray at 3psi and then goes full at 7psi.

The stage 2 controller is a progressive controller, I have it starting at 3 psi and full by 15 (which I don't reach). For some reason my AFR spikes suddenly at 5000 RPM's, that is why I need a staged controller. I haven't asked Arno if he would tune this setup since it is out of IPF specs. Tuning for meth is hard, too little causes detonation, too much slows you down.

Found out that the next smallest belt is K061049, 105 1/2" long. Should be good if you throw a 3.125" pulley, make 16 psi of boost. Might also take apart your engine without removing any bolts.

On the stage 2 controller can you lower the full setting from 15 To full at 6? Not to familiar with snow kit.

I can, but I would have to go to a smaller nozzle, but I need a bigger nozzle so the droplet size survives long enough to reach the chamber to act as anti-detonation. When I had a smaller nozzle I did full spray at 5 psi but was still getting 1.5 knock. Switching to a larger nozzle removed all knock but hurts at lower RPM's. If I start too late I will get the knocking.

I might try a different nozzle configuration to where I can do full pressure before max boost without hurting lower RPM's. Will probably involve the larger nozzle in front of the throttle body with the smaller one further upstream to lower intake temps.

This would be easier if I could set the fuel maps myself, but stuck with what I have.

No problem, engine is a pain. If you go too large the meth will actually collect at the back of the intake manifold and cause misfiring. Would be awesome to do direct meth injection, but you lose the IAT cooling which gains timing.

Got my GoPro cameras (have 2 now, 3 silver and 3+ Black) ready, helmet and fire jacket are also ready.

Went through Gretchen's build thread to where he blew his engine, looks like he was running 20 psi, so I should be safe.
