New CCW wheels

Got my new 505a wheels from CCW. The wife thinks they are awesome, I told her they were for her but they are really secretly for me. Changed the looks of the car completely. Thanks to all at CCW for awesome work. If mama is happy then

Keep a coat of automotive wax on them at all times (after every wash) or suffer the consequences of polishing out water spots. Polished wheels look the best brand new, but you have to maintain them properly. I've had a few sets of CCW's, good wheels.

I agree.. they need some kind of finish applied so you don't have to polish them every time they get wet.

I am going to send out the SP16a's and have them chromed over the winter...
they will look the same minus the work it takes to make them look spiffy.

I was told the clearcoat might not stick very well. Where can you get them chromed and is it expensive to get it done?
