Blower AC Controls inoperable... big deal or not?
Looking at buying a 2010 2SS. The blower is stick on high and no matter what buttons you push it wont change. It lights up but completely non functioning.... should I take a chance? What could it be?

Btw...its not just the blower. None of the heat or cool controls or any of the buttons on that panel work....just to clarify. It lights up....but that's it

Doing more searches....wow. this seems like a major issue for many camaro owners and I haven't seen any obvious fixes... I'm considering this to possibly be a deal breaker for me. That's too bad. Was really liking the car.

Blower motor stuck on high is frequently a resistor block. It’s an easy fix on most cars but not sure about the Camaro. If the whole thing doesn’t work - i.e., none of the buttons or temperature controls work, I’d pass unless I could get a substantial discount - like maybe 2-3 grand because you don’t know.
