I will let you know... I am expecting an invoice soon with the cost. Luckily, he already has the file to do the cut out so that aspect of cost does not apply -- no design charge.

Why not have some one make it out of aluminum like the real one?

I made one out of ABS plastic once and it looked really look. However, I eventually decided to get an aftermarket steel wickerbill and just drill the rear spoiler for it.

It's a little heavier, but it works great and I don't think the extra 2 lbs or so (aluminum vs steel) would be a deal killer even at the track. Mine is just a regular Camaro though, but I noticed a significant positive difference in how the car handles and tracks at higher speeds. I have mine adjusted to the highest setting and it functions and looks great.

Don't let the aftermarket steel version make you not want to get one.

I just returned one I got on eBay. It was advertised as aluminum but was steel. Was 4.5lb. Actually was a very nice exact replica of the oem wicker bill, I just couldn’t live with the fact it was steel and so heavy. My trunk slams hard enough now. I couldn’t imagine with that wickerbill.

We are making one out of aluminum, it will have the reverse Mohawk on it, its the way i think it needed to be made, and on the first one will make it wider to to take advantage of more down force. post some pick when we are done.
