Sweet 540 isnt bad for a custom case like that and with a SSD and some ram Ubuntu would fly on this thing.

Doesn't come with RAM or a hard drive. It's a bare bones system, you buy those separately.

Depending on what you plan on doing with this the ram is cheap ill look some up and send you the info for the right ram. And HDD are so so cheap now that it is way cheaper to do it this way.

Here is 2 gigs of OCZ ram been useing them for years now and LOVE them. And under 40 bucks. Now the next thing is to find out what size drive you want and if you want a disk drive or solid state drive (just a really big flash drive). SSD cost a lot more but load times are faster BUT these are meant to hold programs not for storage.

I'm Getting Another Camaro.. With Windows 7 Hom Premium

Quote:
Although it might not qualify as "revolutionary," we can certainly describe it as "eye candy meets robust technology." That's what you get here in the guise of a 20-inch-long Camaro model turned into a personal computer. A hood ornament serves as the power switch, working headlights and taillights indicate you're up and running, and DVDs slot into the front bumper.

A full array of ports is out back, and along with your dual-core Atom chip you can rev up to 8 GB of RAM, a 500 GB hard drive and Windows 7 Home Premium. There are eight color choices, but your $1,239.99 does not include a keyboard, monitor or mouse, so just as with the real Camaro you might want to make sure you have some dosh left over for accessories. A full array of photos is in the gallery below. Hat tip to Scot S.
