The new JPSS V3 AERO Package is not a cosmetic add on. It was developed for road course use. We started with products available in the market. They did not do what we needed or wanted. V1 was simple. We took an existing design and made it bigger. Better, but not enough. We studied the Z/28 and squared off an even larger V2 front blade. Better, but not enough. On V3 we went wide and longer. We knew we had a winner when the exhaust threw sparks in a high speed undulation on the track ;-)
The front blade creates so much force it kept pulling the sides of the fascia out of the mount to the fender. Keep in mind, the connecting rods are through bolted to tabs welded to the front bumper bar. It wasn't really an issue as we planned for fender flares, fender canards. The flares bolt to the fascia and the fender serving a dual function. They do keep air out of the wheel wells as planned. They also hold the front fascia firmly to the fender. How robust is the installation... Pricing coming...SOON Last edited by JusticePete; 10-10-2015 at 11:22 AM. |

Those splitters with the rods:
I just bought a new gfx splitter because my original was damaged. If anyone needs the bracket underneath I have an extra one. |
