absolutely amazing craftsmanship and work being done! anyone can buy something fast, but it takes skill and dedication to build something improved upon.

So here is some more progress made this weekend, a new front crossmember. After some cutting welding and some paint. I will see how it fits later today

So I mad some progress today after installing my newly built crossmember. The factor crossmember weighed 29.2 lbs and after it weighs 27.8 lbs, so no weight added is a good thing. The engine is now sitting an inch lower than before.

Here is sorta the finished product of mt Miata Aero Front Fenders







And here is how I made the Aero Fenders

First I put some 3M Spray Tack and some aluminium foil. Then I put on about 20lbs of clay to shape to the design I wanted.





After I got the shape I wanted I covered the clay with Cling Wrap. Put some more 3M Spray tack down to lay my first layer of Kevlar down and soak with resin, then next layer and the next

I made a trunk

1 layer of 10.9 oz







Skin coat complete



Now stiffeners

Second layer of 10.9 oz with 1/4 foam core

So I have a question bout the plugs, I know the Right 3 are for the PCM. So I need to know is what do the LEFT 2 go to?







So I still need to plug my cuts on my the subframe and need to cut area for the alternator
