I just sold this for a friend. It was installed groove to groove according to him. He did say he misplaced the screws. I was un aware they were hurst specific. Bottom line is it was advertised as used. If you wanted a like New product, buy one. I would have gladly sent 2 screws or reimbursed some for them. But instead you sat on it for 3 weeks then complained about it after you installed it. You started flaming me on here, before even trying to resolve anything with me via email/pm.
Your last message to me said it was missing 2 screws, and had hammer marks. And that whoever installed it should look at instructions better. Then you posted this. Anyways, its obviously in and working. Do you want me to send money for the missing screws? You never asked, instead you started bombing me. |

Can I have my negative rating removed since the buyer did indeed get the parts, and installed them and they are clearly working. All this was done before trying to rip me on here and they havent even posted pics they said they would post to show this horrific damage.

Preach !!!! Cause as soon as I would have received the packaged and noticed any imperfections. I would have been pm'ing saying dude what gives...yada yada yada !!! So three weeks is to long to have it and not speak it's faults

If I recieved a part that was in crap shape, I never would have installed it. I would have asked for a refund and moved on. That never happened. So obviously it wasn't in too terrible shape. Id also like to see a pic of the box it was shipped in via usps.

Bump. I have pmed tran, and reported theh feedback and have heard nothing. Id like to see pics of legitemate damage, and since he did not ask for a refund or try to show me anything was damaged, I dont think I should have a negative rating.

While I sympathize with the poster to a degree I really would never post on here unless I had concrete pics and proof to back my claim. The jury here is ruthless and so you need all the evidence you can show. 2 weeks now and no pics and I have to side with Rhino79. I have probably sold 50+ things here and only had one complaint ever and I sent a return label and immediate refund. I think the poster here really did almost everything wrong in regards to an Internet transaction you can do. Perhaps a good case study for C5 intraforum commerce. Hope you can both work it out so some sort amicable agreement.
