Can't speak for the original poster so I don't know but I would agree there is tons of hype coming from GM marketing and being posted here. Some of these front page posts masquerading as breaking news are just advertisements. I don't think it’s against Al but I think people are getting tired of it that’s all.

I still think the name will leave a lot of sales in the street. Never going to make a new epic moniker like Z28. Not with a niche car.

Something still bothering me though. It hasn't been confirmed yet about the wheels. C&D said it's staggered wheels with 285s, MT didn't say, and GM media says 20x10s. Can anyone confirm please? This car is already bad a$$ and I wonder if anyone will be changing the rears to 305s if it does have the rear 20x11s. Would look cool but will it affect performance numbers?
