link bar lifter feedback
What's the feedback on Morel 5206/Lunati 72437-16 lifters for street and road course applications?

We keep them in stock & use them a lot on the LSx builds. You don't want a lsx block with those stupid plastic lifter trays. That being said the traditional LS blocks like the LS3/L99 don't use them a lot mainly because of the extra $$$ they cost.

Thanks for your response and input, plans are for a vvt 416 stroker with the l99 block, but a lsx (or Al block) isn't off the table.

Oh that will be a awesome build. I have a VVT stroker camshaft we ran with VVT & it brought power in extremely early. I always hate to see the stroker guys swapping away from VVT because someone tells them the stroker will already make plenty of torque... What does plenty of torque look like? I always thought more was better

Agreed^^ Any lifter can fail but that bar can save your block from grenading from a spun lifter. That alone is worth the extra $100-150 IMO. I think I paid $325 for my set. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 |
