It is something to think about but not consider. If they would allow tune and keep the warranty then I'd take it. (If the problem is in the computer) But if it's just a weak motor, I'd send it back easily. Low vin or not.

Waiting patiently. So far I've held off timing my L99....for now I'd just rather not know.

I cant wait for the other shoe to drop! What they do for you will pave the way to the future. Thanks for being on the front lines Scott. I am really pissed they refused to do anything about mine. Since I had another coming in I thought it would be best just to sell mine if I was not going to take a loss.

Oh, you read me like a book, irpq! I can hardly stand it I want to know so bad....that my car ISN'T a slow L99. But what if I find out Marianne could take me in the 350Z(5.8-5.9)??? I mean, that's damn near as bad as her actually doing it. Almost too much for a man to bear.

No, mine was 0 to 60 at 6 seconds, Scotts is in the 7's which in my opinion cannot be ignored. The whole thing is very disappointing for the ones going through it. You wait 3 years for the car to come out and it turns out to be a snail on the road! Talk about an unmet expectation. Then when you take it to the dealer they look at you like your on crack. Then when you show them absolute proof and they have to look at it, then GM says your on crack.
What an expected joyous experience turns out to be nightmare. Everyone on the road is giving you the thumbs up and then they just out accelerate you and laugh and say, "well I am glad I did not spend $45,000 on that snail"
OUCH it hurts man, talk about embarrassing, it’s like being a Houston Texan's fan! I have been a extremely loyal GM fan for years and for you and I or anyone else to receive this kind of treatment is very disheartening.
