2011 SS Fog Light replacments

I've searched and searched and have just confused myself.
I'm after a pair decent standard style fog lights (the complete housing) and I would consider upgrading to a LED lamp.
Prices seem to vary from a basic pair of about $28 up to $200 or more. I don't want halo's.
What vendor should I look to or where can I find a pair that will pop in and plug in without hassle?
And what's the difference between Fog lights and Day running lights apart from how they are controlled. i.e. housing, bulb type, etc?

And I'll need a vendor that ships internationally.

I’m trying to understand all this. Are the actual light housings different between RS and non RS? My current housing take the 5052 bulb but most of what I come across take the H3 or P13W. Do all these bulbs interchange? Do they all fit the same wiring harness?

No they do not interchange. Go to a bulb Web site like sylvania or phillips and you will find a crossover part number chart for the led bulbs.

See how bright mine are? Stock housing with led bulb. You can get a pair on ebay for around $15. Mine were $16 and so far 18 months with no issues. Do a search "5202 led bulbs".

Thanks for the help. But I also need to get the complete housings and most come with H3 bulbs and seem to be DRL not fog.
I just need to make sure I get the correct units so I can put the right bulbs in that will plug right up.

Looks like Banana answered your question.
I don't know why you want new housings.
I solved my problem here

And this one is turned on.

I need housings because someone for some reason has painted the lens black to hide the fog lights. I need new ones with the correct bulbs so they just plug into the existing wiring. If possible I’d upgrade to decent 5052 LED’s while I was doing it.
