PROJECT UPDATE: Although I lost a few days waiting for my order of custom laser cut parts, I made up alot of ground today! All of the parts fit great, did my first mock up, built my jig, everything is fitting perfect!

With my jig finished, I will have the rest of the tubs bent on Monday, along with testing some revised air deflectors (now that the uprights are wider)

A few photos to document the process. Also shot some cool 4K video that I will assemble into a short film once this batch is out the door

FYI, I tested the old stamped black brackets and they wont fit. If you have ever held one in your hand, I think you would question any benefit to them anyway (they are so thin you could fold it with your hand)
