Funny how elements of a Crossfire and a Boxster come together to make this "Mercedes Benz"
I figured Daimler Mercedes Benz would have destroyed all the Crossfire specific tooling and burned all references to that car by now.

That IS a Viper as far as I can tell.
It is probably a powertrain mule, like those "4-door" Zeta II mules with a Lumina body we saw before the Camaro bodied mules.... |
