Should i get a V6 or V8....SNOW=BAD
I am one of the many cought in the hype of the new camaro. I really want the V8, however, it will be my daily driver. I live in Southeast Michigan and we do get snow. The roads are usually clean th enext day, but there r still some bad storms. The fact that the SS somes with summer tires makes this even harder. If i did get the V6, id want the RS package but that comes with summer tires....It sucks. I really dont know what to do . Help please!!!

I mean the one thing i really liek about the SS is obviously the 4.6 0-60 and the more aggressive look. Everything else kind of goes to the V6 but that is still a huge sacrafice.

Get a cheap car for winter, or, like me, keep your 4x4 Silverado!

I'm not sure that any model Camaro is going to be good for winter driving...

The Cobalt is faster than the V6 Camaro. That would ruin my day is I was beat by a Subcompact.

Go to the tire rack you can buy a set of winter tires and wheels for $1300 so you can have winter tires and a cheep pair of wheels to keep your RS wheels clean and away from that salt.

So if i were to get the SS, do they even have 20 inch winter tires that fit it and also, how much does it cost to have the tires taken off and others put on. And would i kill myself driving a 400 HP car in snow?

just get some winter tires and cheap rims. no reason to drive some nice looking 20 inch rims in the winter.
