Does anybody know how or where to get this done? seen it on instagram.. doesnt seem to be paint...im unsure if its a case or?

Wow there are absolutely a ton of colors and designs to choose from for Buick which uses the same style fob but non offered for Chevy.

Those pics are just examples of other fobs. The actual Cruze fob has buttons in different locations as this action shows http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silicone-Rem...cffb05&vxp=mtr. None of the ones you linked will actually work.
