ZL1 half shafts vs aftermarket half shaft survey

Hey gentlemen,
I am debating buying new ZL1 half shafts vs aftermarket shafts. I was talking with a great brutha here on the forum and he said he has broke 1400hp rated half shafts (CV's ) and is now running ZL1 half shafts on the track and they are hanging in there NO PROBLEM!!!

Anybody else having good success with the ZL!'s half shafts for track use???? Enquiring minds want to know!

ALSO guys I have the ZL1 diff already! That is why I'm asking about the shafts.

ZL1 half shafts won't fit the SS diff. Got to have the ZL1 diff. They will fit the SS hubs...but not the diff.

And yes...they have proven to be very robust half shafts.

Is the thread you are talking about the ZL1 diff swap or ZL1 OEM axles vs aftermarket?
