So I have a question regarding buying a 1LE with the RS package.

Do I receive both the 1LE wheels and the RS wheels? I mean I pay for both so I should get them right.

RS package on SS only changes the finish on the wheels, not the wheels themselves. And so...not thinking they cost any more (realistically) than the standard SS wheels. (Most the cost in the SS version of the RS package is invested into the head-lights.)

Short answer is "no".
