1300hp Procharger IC mounting
Hi guys,
Procharger actually has 3 IC's for our car. The HO, Race, and 1300HP race "fab in". I got the 1300HP IC for my d1x. Its a "fab in" IC for the 2011 camaro. Anyone else have this IC? Got any pics on the mounting? I KNOW a little bit of metal has to be trimed. Any pics here? I have a couple from Procharger but only a overall shot....looking for a tad more detail to see what others have done. Thanks for the help guys Steve |

I have the race IC on my Camaro. Be prepared for a full custom install (and it wont be easy). You can check out my build thread as somewhere in the thread there are pictures of the race intercooler install. See BiggFooT's F-1X Build.

You might want to look at the AGP race intercooler - looks like less fab work...

I have the race IC on my D1. If you are going for the 1300hp IC, you must have some future plans in mind from the get go...

I have the 1300 hp intecooler on mine it came in the kit I bought from them. Takes 5 min to install not hard at all.

Just some info for some....they offer 2 "race" intercoolers. One is the kit, the other, mine, is a fab in, kit pipes will NOT work. They supply 3" pipes, and the ic is a 3.5" i/o. Also metal HAS to be trimmed for the 1300.

Yep the shop discarded the 3" pipe sent with the kit and went 3.5" on everything.

FYI, i was pullied for 10 and I got 10 WITH the procharger 1300 IC. NO psi loss.
