The whole car was aligned, and after the alignment, we looked and it was still off. That is when we took the measurements from the outside of the tire to the sub-frame bolt point. The front does seem to be a little off as well, both tires are the left/driver side are closer to the outside of the fender.

I'd be measuring the inside lips of both rear wheels... I'll bet you have a 10" on one side and an 11" on the other. if not, I'd be trading that sucker in. Looks weird all crab walkin' to the left.

Its not how the car was built, somethings wrong. Like the one guy said, looks to make sure both rear wheels are the 11 inch wide ones and not one 10 inch and the other 11 inches wide. Also check the back of the wheels to see if they are not aftermarket replacements for like a cracked rim or anything, could be different offset.

The rear subframe has play in it to some extent. I loosened all 4 bolts and with a lot grunting and a rubber mallet, got them to be more centered. I may have also used a jack under the diff to "float" the subframe with the bolts loose. Are there inserts in the bushings? The subframe may have been messed with previously.
Also pull the wheels and look for the stamp in the barrel that has the offsets, GM part no, etc. Maybe one is wrong or an aftermarket replacement (which would not have the stamping) as the other guys said.
