last year the wife and I drove from valley forge pa to tampa fl 26 down 24/25 back used exxon gas round trip yet round town its 16/18

I get approx 22-24 on the highway and 14-18 in the city.

There's a difference between being upset because someone peed in your cheerios, and taking your cheerios into the bathroom and putting them in the stream.

30 MPG is totally possible. Would anyone actually DO it? Probably not, you'd go insane.. I've seen 26.7 out of two different Camaro SS's on one particular drive that I make.. another 3.3 mpg would not be difficult but everyone stacked up behind me in traffic would want to murder me.

I owned a couple of TDI Jettas and the "hypermilers" were insane. There were clubs for people who got 800, 900, and 1000 miles from one tank of gas.

The best mpg I ever got on my L99 was last summer on a 350 mile trip.70-75 mph 26.6 But that was before the tune and AFM on.
