what kinda damage is on the wheels, if any? Take pics of them, please. Even if they're swirls

2 wheels have 1 small chip 1 on the spoke and 1 on the center. The 1 with the chip in the center has a small rub mark on it. These are the best pictures I have of all 4.

How much for the diffuser panel? An is it for underneath the car an goes to the diff basically??
