Problem with my MRT v1 and a random Question

First off I want to say these are amazing!! Love the sound from them. But as of late an annoying problem has come to surface. Let me describe my day as this problem happens on a daily basis.

Go out in the morning and start my car up and let it idle for a min or so to heat up since its been a little chilly as of late (Cold -starts sound AMAZING) then i head out for about a 10 mile drive to class. Class is only about 3 hours long. After class i head back out to the car start it up and begin to drive off.

This is when the problem happens every single time. After exiting from the school parking lot and driving off the exhaust literally sounds like a can rattling. Only for about 6-8 seconds then stops. And i cant figure out for the life of me whats going on or how its being produced. This isnt the only time it happens, This is just the most consistent way to reproduce it.

Anyone else have this problem? Or even how to fix it? Thanks in Advance!

Random Question

I eventually plan on getting some LT Headers, with Hi flowing cats. Would i have to change out the MRTs? I didn't think i would since they are just Axlebacks. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Not sure about the rattling... does it sound like it's coming from the back of the car?

And yes, you can keep your MRT's with LT and HFCs..

Make sure nothing is touching or even close to touching anything else. Like the tips touching the plastic diffuser holes. When things are warmed up, metal parts (and pretty much anything else) expand. So something sounds like its touching when cold and then warms up and moves away from one another. Does your car warm up for less time after class than before your morning commute?

It might be a loose core tube in the AR25 resonator... after it heats up and expands, it tightens up enough to stop rattling.
