Time has come to put some "binders" on Baby Blu! We can make her go, but need to make her whoa!

My winter project!

It's way past time to get started on my project for the winter! But, better late than never! I am starting the process of installing 4 wheel disc brakes and power steering on my 68 Camaro. I got the place all cleaned up and the car on stands. Will need to remove the side pipes and headers as to make it easier to remove and install all the needed goodies! This car should look great with the Torque Thrust wheels with the red calipers and slotted rotors..

Just like the 5th Gen, this car is ready to roll. Great job and keep up the pictures. Mine is back in for more work.

Thanks Taco for taking the time to check her out! The new binders will make her so much more dependable!

Steve, Thanks again for gracing our threads....I have to say, "I love your ABM with the wheels you chose. Nicely done!"...

I will be sure to keep updating this thread. I have decided to remove the 327 and 4 speed! It will make doing my work so much easier! I can also freshen things up in the engine bay that way!...
Isn't it amazing how we can convince ourselves to do extra things so we can justify spending more cash?..

I had some great help in removing the power plant from the Camaro on Sunday afternoon. Clint Minglin and Jackson were on hand to assist...and assist they did!...

We now have everything out of the way! I can now begin the task of removal of all the old brake system and the manual steering components, power washing, painting the underneath of the car along with re-detailing the 327...

I love the pit crew. Probably the fastest engine removal done to date. Great to see it is all in the family.

Took time yesterday to rip some more from "Baby Blu". Removed all the old "Binders" and some of the brake lines. Making way for the upgrades....
