28th Street Metro-Cruise Grand Rapids, MI August 26-27th
Not going to be able to make it over to the Woodward Dream Cruise this weekend due to a bunch of lame excuses.... family coming in from out of town, three hour drive from across the state, no money for gas (lol), anyway, if anyone is from(or coming into) the west side of Michigan, don't miss the 28th Street Metro-Cruise next weekend.
http://www.28thstreetmetrocruise.com/ I've gone the past two years and have a great time. Lots of cars, lots of people, 15 mile cruising circuit, lots of food.... all kinds of fun stuff. I was in the process of getting the Camaro last year, so had to cruise in the Honda. I've signed up for dyno testing at C-Tech Performance next week as part of their Dyno Challenge event at the cruise. Not sure if I'm going to get in, just found out about it and registered tonight. It would be nice to see how the Camaro with the Roto-Fab intake and the DynoMax exhaust perform. Any Camaro5 members going? If so, hope to see you there.

Got the dyno run in. It was one of the most exciting things I have done in a long time. There's something about seeing "Speed limited to 155mph" on the DIC.
Numbers don't line up with what other members are getting, so I need to do some more research. I was too excited while I was there to ask the right questions. lol. I find out Friday if I make the cut for the Dyno Challenge on Saturday. We'll be cruising on Friday and plan to stop into Berger to see everyone/everything.

Awesome , we'll be at Berger friday and hopefully next to the dyno set up on saturday.
We are also having a Camaro family open house on sunday at 11am at the shop. All years of Camaros will be attending. |
