Both banks running lean.

I have a '10 SS M6 that I bought with a lot of aftermarket on it such as a Whipple supercharger and snow performance water meth injection. The time that was on it when I bought it wasn't very good so I had it retuned. The tuner said it was running so rich it couldn't get out of its own way and he couldn't even complete a baseline dunno pull in third gear. I'm happy with my new tune, it gained me 40hp and 40tq at the wheels.I

My only problem is that when I'm putting around town it will throw 2 codes, one for each bank running lean.
I'm no expert in this area, but from what I was reading that code won't throw until the LTFT is at 25% or higher? I have been monitoring my trims and they never go over 24.3%. I'm assuming the tuner set that as the max to prevent the code from throwing? I would just take it back to the tuner, but they are 2 hours away and I had to take a day off of work last time to go up there.

If I'm driving down the road my trims are good. Usually jobber around 1%-3%.

Is my only option going to be taking my car back up to the tuner?
