Ls9 cam and head gasket

Anyone out there run a ls9 cam and head gasket on there stock components? I'm finishing the parts pick up so I can put it all together and I'm not sure the pushrod length. I know I could just check when it's all together but I could assume that since it's all pretty close to stock numbers the 7.4 rods are perfect. I know a lot of lsa engines needed a different size sometimes but I'm not in that boat and was hoping someone installed this setup already.

I'm running the LS9 cam and stock head gasket. I kept the stock LS3 springs, rockers, and pushrods as well. Absolutely zero issues.

Sweet that what I was wonder I know most components are the same even with the head gasket having 7 layers it's still only .051 like the ls3.

Yep, I figured with my boost levels, I'm pretty safe running the LS3 head gaskets. When I decide to turn up the wick, then I'll replace the head gaskets and the fasteners as well. Good luck!

I have the ls9 cam. I swapped out the springs to match and I did the head gasket. I remember reading somewhere that the l99 valves are heavier than the ls3, so that's why I did the springs, too since I did a l99 to ls9 conversion
