Does anyone know how to find the build dates after the fact?
I just bought a new 2014 2SS/RS and would like to find her birthdate. All I have is the invoice and VIN. The invoice has a ship date on it but that's the earliest date I can see.
Any ideas?

Under your hood, look down next to the fuse box. On the cradle you will see a tag with your vin and some other numbers plus a date and time. Your build date will be any where from a few hours to a couple of days from that date. There are several other such tags located on other suspension pieces.

You have ALL you need with the invoice. Look at the top right hand side for the "INVOICE DATE". That is the day that car was completed.

Go to the dealer where you bought it and they can get you the build sheet from the GM web site.

I own a 2014 2SS/RS and would like to know the built day. Can you help? VIN # is 2G1FK3DJ8E9322321.

The battery died yesterday and I can't read the tag referenced in this link, in my dark garage. Headed to get new Delco battery tomorrow.
