I have the same ticking noise every morning for about 30 seconds or so, then it goes away. It sounds to me like lifters are knocking until the oil pressure builds up.
I'm not worried though, I do have a great warranty

I know this is an old post but did you ever get to the bottom of this mine make the same noise from passenger side under the car I actually even put my ear on the oil pan with it running and couldn't hear it coming from there then I put my ear on the bellhousing and I could hear a lot of noise and a vibration I'm thinking maybe I'm mistaken lifter noise for a bad clutch anyone else have this happen?!?!?

The lifters used in these cars have very small oil ports, esp the AFM style ones, tiny bit of buildup and they can clog, the sound is hard to distinguish from the sound the injectors make, if it is a lifter you can get an automotive stethoscope and place it on the cylinder wall near the exhaust port, it'll be a distinctive metallic "ping" and whichever one is having the issue will be much louder than the others, sometimes if it's just build up, a motor flush should take care of it, if its still making the noise, even a little bit after the fact, the lifter/s and camshaft will have to be replaced.
