Call a local chevy dealership, talk to parts and ask to order 206985549 and they'll say what it sort of is. Maybe a cover of some sort
It's not online though. |

Is that the muffler bearing? LOL!
It looks like a piece that goes under the dash that opens and closes the doors to direct the a/c flow up to the vents and your heat to the bottom of the dash.I am not sure but I would look for that part in that area if you can find a picture of under dash parts. |
