Need help choosing valve springs

Debating whether to go with pac springs or btr springs! I need some that would support the tsp4.2 vvt cam

Either would be fine, really depends on what spring you choose from either one. PAC makes a lot of springs. I would go with BTR springs, they have a great reputation.

Springs need to be chosen to exceed the lift of the cam no matter what brand you do, they should exceed the maximum lift and not be in danger of valve float or overly hard on the valve train being too stiff if avoidable as stiffer also can be more brittle and less longevity in the racing world..... IMO stuff that's common knowledge, either should be fine and remember springs are limited use wear items...…..

The lift om this cam is 235/247, .649"/.629", 113 LSA
So should i go with soemthing o. the max lift springs of 660? Should i play it safe? Or would the 650 max lift me fine

That's what I went with on my cam swap.
