Weird.

I noticed the top right screw was lose between the body and the transmission when I removed my center console, it was practically falling out, not just lose but just set in place... weird.

Not an uncommon find. I would check these bolts once every month or so. I have replaced these for a customer that had three of the six bolts fall out, and the remaining three were tight but bent. Check out the link below:

I just got underneath my car today and notice the same problem with one of my drive shaft bolts. I can spin it completely around with ease. Whats the deal with that? Should i take it to the dealer or just tighten it and call it day?

tighten them and call it a day the dealers dont have most the bolts in stock or couplers cause of too many people needing it maybe. MAYBE. just check them if you are using your car hard. for some reason the thread is free and these get loose..add loctite its happened to me twice..but as i always say...better then my axles or diff.

Check all the bolts. Its V6s and V8s and the bolts are TTY so reuse at your own risk.

poor design. i would reccomend an aftermarket yoke. and or one piece. just not too certain on the handability issues or concern of difference. either way im mad at GM about this.
