Thanks for putting me on the list. Just FYI, my block is an ERL 427 and I was having a dyslexia moment because my actual gear ratio is 3.23, not 2.32....

Not sure how this works exactly but here are my dyno runs from today. Ended up at 1247rwhp and 1135rwtq at 20psi and 12.5 deg timing with a very conservative tune, SAE correction on a 92 deg day here in Ft worth. It was my call to stop here based on clutch stock M6 and no need to be stupid! Bottom line, it has 1300 easily in it if i get bored. Last week it made 1280 at 25psi on a cooler 60ish deg day. The first dyno sheet of that run is below. Still tweaking the PCV/catch can issues. gonna ditch the RX monster can and vent to atmosphere per my tuners recommendations.

Dynocomm dyno that i have a history with. With this motor and the D1sc at 14psi it made just under 700whp so its not a generous dyno.

Got some vids of the earlier pulls at 15ish but couldnt hang around for the last and final pulls. Trying to upload the vids to youtube but its stopping at 68% every time. Bottom line, these 15 psi pulls only take about 4 seconds to get to 6500rpms from 60ish in 4th.

OBTW, turbos are PTE6766 ball bearing turbos.

Ok just got one of the early videos to upload. This was at 16psi and was 1063rwhp when James Karger(the man BTW) started to unleash the boost.

Note the time it takes to get to 6500+rpms. JK said it was even stupider on the street tune.

LSX427 built by Erik Koenig HKE Racing Engines
Twin PTE 6766 BB turbos
M6 stock
GForce 9" 35 Spliine S-Trac
3.50 gears
4112 lbs
built by SNL Performance

The dyno sheet below the video was from earlier in the week at 25psi to see what the setup could do. Hero run I guess?

The attached PDF dyno sheets at the very bottom are at 20psi with the timing back off to 12.5deg and is where I will run the car. Also notice how well the turbos hold power all the way to the end. Discovered problem with one of the solenoids to wastegate and was fixed.

I thought you were journal bearings before ? Did you change ?

Certainly makes good power, and holds the power well up the rpm's

Yes, we changed to ball bearing. Turns out the seals in one of the journal bearing turbos was bad. I wanted BB anyway.

Yep, the graphs do look nice. Nice steady power on top all the way thru the pull. Still has quite a bit left in it but stopping here.

I added the graph from the big pull at 25psi from earlier in the week. Notice the power drop....it was a solenoid issue that was discovered.

I'm building my second ERL block...( long lock this time) Outgrew the first one and sold it... It's going in a Tahoe TT...

My only recommendation is go with a six bolt set up... If you are looking for 1,000 or more RWHP...

If you haven't, go to the ERL site and read all if the tech releases... Very interesting...

Here is some additional interesting reading... Enjoy... http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=311407

Let me know if I can help you with anything, whom to contact up there or what not...

You would be in fine hands with an ERL block. They sponsor the Ohio Boys, Dave (Mighty Mouse) Childress, and others.

Did you ever get a roll care, and if not, do you still want the one I pulled out of my car..

I have time and can load it up and drive that way...
