Clear Lake Car Show?

Anyone going to the Clear Lake Car Show on Saturday? I was thinking about going but haven't decided yet. I've been told it's a really nice show. Does anyone know if there is shade and what type of parking they have?

Subject: Tanager Place Rev'd up for Kids Car Show

Hi Bill,

I was wondering if you could help me out with something. We re-scheduled our car show that got rained out for Saturday, August 9 at the Chrome Horse. Well, after the fire at Chrome Horse we tried to find a new venue, but realized it just wouldn’t work this year. Unfortunately, I sent out a lot of flyers the day before the fire saying the car show would be at the Chrome Horse.

Would you mind sending out an email to your list saying the Tanager Place Rev’ed up for Kids Car Show is cancelled this year? The date for next year is Saturday, June 6 at Rockwell Collins.

I would really appreciate it the help! Thanks so much!

Thanks for the information. Thats a shame. But it is the risk that all outdoor events have.

Ill be there, really good car show, last year was over 500 cars. The show itself is rate downtown, they try to group all the like cars together. Last year seen cars from as far as NY there.

Parking is tough, large lot at the surf, but it fills quickly, otherwise I usually park in residential areas, which are shaded. You can usually park within short walking distance either way.

This year they have a new class "modern muscle".

Good seeing you Paul. Sorry I couldn't stay longer. Need to get home and get some sleep before I go back to work. There were a lot of nice cars out there and the lobby area was awesome. Just wish I had more time to look around.

Denver, Ia will be having a car show next Sunday, the 17th. I am wondering if anyone else will be in attendance? Opens at 10 with voting from noon to 3 I believe. They usually have a very good turn out if anyone else is interested. They call it the "Mile Wide Car Show"

Today is the day Ryan! Better update your mods in your signature. You better post a video as soon as you can.

Yeah jason I just got off the phone with Ryan Vittro. With a new oil pump and converter they decided to pull the engine. They are starting on it right now. Probably won't be able to pick it up for another week at the earliest. The newest quote he gave me is more than the original :(

Good day at the Atlantic, Iowa car show on saturday with a first place trophy for my category (2000-present stock)! Did I say I finally got my OEM hood insert from another source, still waiting on G3 Composites return.
