"Traction Control On"

Ok, so to pacify the moderators, I wont say how fast I was going, I will simply state that I was quickly going through the gears. I was deep into that mighty V8, pushed back into your seat power band, when I hit a small rut in the road. I felt the rear wheels leave the pavement, saw the RPM's jump from lack of resistance, and heard the wheels chirp upon contact with the road again.

It lasted all of a heartbeat. But looking at the info center behind the steering wheel, the words "Traction Control On" popped onto the screen. I was amazed at how quickly it recognized what had happened, and turned itself on. Did I need it's assistance? No. Was I impressed that the car lept to my rescue? Hell Yeah!

I gotta tell ya, this car is freaking Awesome!!

It was on, by default. It wasn't a pre-thought out acceleration. One of those "In the mood to punch it" kind of moments that the SS just instills in it's drivers. I very rarely ever turn TC off, I just never had proof if it actually doing something before.
