This is a repost from a different post, because no one can give me an answer in the 5th gen Drive train forum.

A friend needs a clutch and Im going to switch to a twin disc, does anyone knows if he can use my clutch with a different flywheel??

If his car is an LS1 style with a flat flywheel then no it will not work with your clutch.

The clutch in the 2010 Camaro is similar if not the same as the LS3 and LS7 Corvette clutch. Many people have installed this clutch and flywheel as an upgrade in LS powered F Bodies.

So yes he can use your clutch and flywheel. He cannot mix the clutch with his original flywheel.

Yeah he was either gonna buy a flywheel or use mine, I dont know if the twin disc comes with a different flywheel but Im pretty sure it does.
