Anyone interested in making some club meeting plans for this upcoming car season spring to fall? I was talking to Mark, Vin and Andy last year on maybe putting together some more club gatherings and events so we can get together a little more then just at the usual Watkins’s meet or one or two car shows. We were looking at putting together things like a club picnic/ cookout, that would take place at a large state park where parking wouldn’t be a problem, plus they have grills and tables and each member could bring a plate or something.
This would allow members to also bring others such as car enthusiasts and family members too so your not limited to just yourself. Let us know if anyone has some other ideas they may want to throw in the ring for club ideas. While it’s still crappy out and the cars are still in storage, now would be a great time to get some club events planned. A few of us wouldn’t mind doing a club meeting for lunch and discussing club ideas and some ideas on club event ideas here in say maybe a few weeks if anyone is available or interested...... So far we have Vin, Andy and myself ( Mark was in but is not gonna make it now; see prior post for those who have not been online). ***Lunch meeting pending a date and time now, but most likely will be at A&W or Fat Jacks in Cortland. Seems to be a good center point for all members in the states region.
